Hi there! I'm Jamie, and I like to understand how things work. I am full-stack engineer with expertise in systematizing processes into discoverable and resilient workflows. I take pride in building products that are a pleasure to use. I enjoy anticipating users' needs, knowing that some desire paths will only reveal themselves through use.

Previously, I have worked for SaaS companies at a range of sizes — from large tech companies to small startups — including Benefitfocus, Automated Insights, Snthesis, and Wrangle.

In my spare time, you can usually find me cooking, gardening, playing boardgames, hanging out with my wife and two dogs.

    Developed AI-powered ticketing and workflow platform used by enterprise customers across Slack and Microsoft Teams. Designed and implemented production RAG pipelines powering AI copilots and ticket deflection using customer knowledge bases, embeddings, and semantic retrieval systems.

    Built core platform for a scientific data harmonization system, enabling researchers to model, ingest, and query heterogeneous experimental data through a dynamic knowledge graph.   • Hi-Lo Card Game
